I'm absolutely impressed by the Maximizer MXR 205 I purchased last week. Previously I spent hours with different compressors and limiters of getting more punch and loudness in my productions what I now get with a few clicks.
My Idea now is to add a switch for something like soft clipping to get the perfect tube like sound. Or do I have to use an additional clipping plugin...
Has anyone experience with that?

There will be a modification version with some clipping options coming up in december and there will be some new clipping and limiter plugins with similar options as well.
I would like to see a retro compressor with this design or a combination of both types.
Done. Our latest plugin is out now.
